Dear Sir,
Enclosing duplicate of my last I have now to own receipt of your favor of the 10th inst. On the 19th idem, by which I note, that you renew all limit from the Palembang Cotton and that you are extremely anxious to close out all your consignments at this point. All which has my earnest attention.
I have now to advise the sale of the balance – say 4 pieces Muskowa Cloth – delivery in 20 days – @ Boos11 1/2 per yd. A/Sales of this & the Long Ells advised you as sold in my Ae 3$ will be sent you as soon as possible.
Neither you nor Messrs. Walsh Hall & Co say anything to me of the terms upon which I am to care for your business here, and I shall be greatly obliged if you will whenever your convenience will allow, favor me with such particulars of your arrangement with Messrs. Walsh Hall & Co. as you may deem best to give me.
